No Returns After Opening

Due to the intimate nature of these products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item once the product package has been opened, even if the product itself is unused.

Sealed Package Returns

Unopened packages may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Contact loverhealth01@gmail.com in advance to receive return instructions, and return address. Please provide your order number in the email.

A USD 15.00 processing fee will deducted from each authorized return to cover payment-platform transaction charges and handling costs incurred after the order has shipped.

Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to help resolve any issues.

If you notice damage or a problem, email loverhealth01@gmail.com within 24 hours, including detailed photos or video.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: In-stock products typically ship within 24 hours.

Cancellations within this period are eligible for a 95% refund; a 5% fee covers bank and payment-platform charges.

After Shipment: Once the order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

Solutions for Specific Issues

Incorrect Item: Provide an unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged Item: Report damage to the shipping carrier immediately and contact us. Depending on severity, we may offer repair kits, replacements, or refunds.

Lost Package: File a claim with the carrier and notify us. Adult signature is required for most shipments to ensure secure delivery.

Important Notes

Hygiene & Safety: Returns are accepted only for valid issues and only if the doll is unused and in brand-new condition.

Unauthorized Returns: Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be refunded.

User-Induced Damage: Damage caused by improper use or handling is not covered. Sex dolls require careful care and are not indestructible.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the authorized return.
